Support Request: Screen Saver Video

Description

I am not a programmer nor a technology expert, so I suspect my question is rather simple.

We are using SiteKiosk for a touchscreen display at our church. I want to have a looping video play when the touchscreen is not in use.

We originally had the video imbedded in the website we use, which the kiosk navigates to access information, and set it as the start page. But the video would often hang up perhaps due to data speed.

Now I am trying to play the video using SitePlayer, but the video is way too big. Are there any settings i can adjust to have the video fill the screen without spilling off the edge?

When using the SiteKiosk Player option under Basic > Screensaver you want to ensure that the correct Protocol, Media type and the path to the file are selected under SiteKiosk Player > Settings > Edit.

How large is the video you are trying to display?

Alternatively, You can use the Windows Photos screensaver or any other screensaver that is installed in Windows. You will select that option from the drop down where you selected SiteKiosk Player. If you choose to go that route, please note that you will need to set the Windows screensaver up under the SiteKiosk user account so that it will work properly in Autostart mode.
