Support Request: How to hide the whole gray bar with the copyright info?

Description

Can you tell me how to remove the gray status bar with the copyright info?

Our problem is that when a user clicks this bar it brings the provisio browser on top of our app.

Hi,

just use the IE7 skin instead of the Desktop Startpage e.g. This should do with your settings. Please take into account that there is a difference in start once mode compared to autostart mode. Also there is different behaviour if you do not use shell exchange mode.

Hi there,

Further to brett's request, we have realised the issue still remains.

We need to lock the web forms application to the front of screen so the public user can not access anything else.

With the section of the screen available to access the underlying layer, which then causes inaccessibility to the application could you advise?
