Support Request: Browser menu bar disappears after a few seconds

Reproduction

open any link to large the surf area /browser skin

Description

Start Screen with two links and when you choose either link the surf area opens but the browser toolbar (log off, print, ect) disappears after a few seconds.

What is the Browser skin you have selected under Basic > StarPage & Browser? Is there a difference in behavior when changing the Browser skin?

I fixed it. It was an issue with the full screen option setting. Thanks.
