Support Request: Site Kiosk Corrupt

Description

Hi

We have had 2 instances recently of people being able to bypass site kiosk and uninstall this from an android tablet. We are unsure how but this is causing us to attend customer site and resinstall site kiosk each time.

Any advice on how to prevent this or any logs we can view to find out how this is happening?

Regards

Hello,

There is no known issue and also no feedback from other customers about a problem like this.

Please make sure that you locked SiteKiosk with a secure password and that you install the most current SiteKiosk Android version 2.4.118 you e.g. can download from here:
http://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Downloads/VersionHistory.aspx?Product=SiteKioskAndroid

You can check if the SiteKiosk log files still exist. They will be stored in the subfolder "Logs" at the "SiteKiosk" app folder. In the log you also can see if SiteKiosk was e.g. closed in a common way (e.g. because someone did guess the password)
But depending on how SiteKiosk was uninstalled the log files may have been deleted.
