Support Request: After SR upgrade, some customer's receiving thousands of report emails

We recently updated our SiteRemote server from version 4-something to 5.1.0.2188. Immediately after the upgrade, we started getting complaints that our sales reports, which were scheduled jobs, were all of a sudden spamming customers and executives with 1000's of emails. Just last Sunday, on of our VP's received 65k emails.

We have since gone through all of the teams on our server and killed all scheduled reports jobs. But now we're afraid to recreate them. Do you have any idea why the SR server has started going crazy with these reports?

It almost appears as though every computer in the field decided to resend every report email it was ever assigned to do from the very first date to the present date...

Hello,

as there is no known issue, this didn’t happen with any update tests here and there is no other customer reporting a problem like this it seems to apply to any special issue on your site / system.

Now after deleting all scheduled jobs we can’t analyze this further.

Therefore you may first create one scheduled report job first with sending it to your e-mail address and then recreate the scheduled jobs step by step again.
