Support Request: Page display as per attach after click submit for payment

Hi there,

I have this issue facing where after we enter submit for payment process and the page show as attach instead of the OTP page for us to key in the 3D secure passcode.

Please describe the issue in more detail. What is the OS and IE version? Can you provide a link and steps to replicate? A txt file with html was attached with your inquiry. This loads a blank page in IE. Can you provide a screenshot? Please send it to ward(at)provisio.com.
