Support Request: Skin color

Description

We are looking to change the background color of the page or skin. It is white on our screen. We have a protected web site that the kiosk will take the user to which requires them to place userid and password. The background of the area is white - can we use a photo as a background or change the color.

What did you select as your start page? A browser skin or a start page template? If you are using a browser skin and your web page as the start page, you just need to change the background color or image in the html of you page. For example, to change the background color of your login page, the html of that page will need to be edited by someone with access to those files on the web server.

We are using a browser skin specifically ie7skin. Can you tell me the name of the html file that needs to be modified. I didn't see a background color.

Thanks.

Do you mean the color behind the browser toolbar at the top of the page where the forward/back button and url bar is located? If not and you are referring to the color that appears on your web page behind the login boxes, you will need to edit that web page. The information, including colors or images, that shows up on that web page is not part of SiteKiosk.
