Support Request: Auto-Reset

Description

The kiosks used to auto reset to the landing page after 60 seconds with the old version but they do not anymore. Could you please let me know where it the settings to make this adjustment?

This function can be achieved by setting the "idle time before activating the screensaver" under Basic > Screensaver.

We have that set to 60 seconds but it still does not happen. Is there another setting somewhere that I am missing?

What behavior are you looking to achieve? You mentioned that the Kiosk use to "Auto Reset" every 60 seconds...

Do you mean that the SiteKiosk will be restarted and go back to the Start Page every 60 seconds?
Did this happen whether someone was using the computer or not? or only when the screensaver is activated?

If you need the SiteKiosk sofdtware to go back to your Startpage after 60 seconds of inactivity, then you will select the screensaver option to "Open SiteKiosk Startpage" and set the idletime before activating the screensaver to 60 seconds.

When the screensaver is deactivated, the user will be reverted back to your startpage.

If this is not what you are looking for... Please provide more specific details on what it is you are trying to accomplish.
