Description

I have had two of my machines go down and are not recoverable. Each machine has Sitekiosk installed. I have purchased two new machines to replace them. The Sitekiosk software today is newer than what was previously installed

Can I simply reuse the license numbers from the old machines on the new machines?

If the old machine has had a hardware failure or has been reformatted, you can just use the license on your new machine. If the old machine is still up and running, we recommend uninstalling SiteKiosk before going into production with the same license on a new machine.

Also, SiteKiosk license comes with 12 months of free updates and support. If your license have been purchased more than 12 months ago, then you will need to purchase updates ($69.00 per copy) in order to be able to register the most currently supported version of the software.
