Support Request: Script error

Description

Hi,

Wondering if you have any solution to this problem.

When users log into their mail at http://poczta.wp.pl/ it loads forever and then fails. The website works without using IE in Sitekiosk. I have javascript and active x enabled. The Sitekiosk debug output is:

Script Error: URL: ; ErrMsg: "Unable to get property '1' of undefined or null reference"; Line: 1; Char: 259; Code: 0;
Frame-Navigation: javascript:' '

Gmail, Yahoo and other email websites are working.

Do you have any solution?

Hi, using the current SiteKiosk 8.91 version with a standard configuration does not show any problems with that website, it loads and there are no errors in the log files of SiteKiosk.
Either try updating to the most current version or try with a standard configuration to rule out side effects from other options that you configured.

The problem is not with loading the webpage, https://profil.wp.pl, it is indeed working fine, however when users log in with their email and password the webpage will not load.

I made a dummy test account, please try and test and see if it works:

Hello,

using the test account to login I still am not able to reproduce your problem. The page is loading, as I do not understand Polish I can't tell if something is missing, but there is no endless loading of the page.
