Support Request: Filemanager Bug with icons

Description

Hello,

I have some problem with the Filemanager.
The icons of files and folders are invisible by default,
when I click above or resize the main window of the filemanager they appear if I click again, itbecome again invisible

Have you a solution pls?

Hello,

when using the configuration file you provided the problem is not reproducible. Your log files do also not include any errors directly related to SiteKiosk.

The icons are provided by the Windows system, they seem to generally, as they are shown when you are resizing the file manager. This may indicate a problem with the graphics driver, please try to update the graphics driver to see if that makes any difference.

Also make sure that you have applied all Windows Updates.

If the above does not help, please provide information about your operating system and computer hardware so we can try to test this on a machine that is as close as possible to your setup.

Hello

I have just updated the graphics card driver as well as Windows and I have exactly the same problem

My configuration :

HP ENVY 27 -70nfk
Windows 8.1
Proc intel core i5 4590T 2.00GHz
Ram 8Go
Graphic card Intel HD Graphics 4600 2go

Remark:

When i modify this file Filemanager/Scripts/FileFuctions.js
and put function TestButton() and fonction PrettyBytes(ai_Bytes) in comment /**/
Icons appear without problem

Hello,

the test systems do not need that modification to work properly so your problem is still not reproducible. The information about the changes you made will be forwarded to our development department for further analysis. Depending on the outcome of that we may change the script for a future version of SiteKiosk.
