Hello,

There is no known issue and this issue is even not reproducible.

Is there a difference in “Run once” mode of SiteKiosk (in the user account where it worked in Internet Explorer)?

Generally 503 is a server error:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#5xx_Server_Error
503 Service Unavailable
The server is currently unavailable (because it is overloaded or down for maintenance). Generally, this is a temporary state.

Hello,

>>> i think Sitekiosk is wrong with the google captcha<<<
In that case it would always happen and also on my test machine or even with any other customer.

Furthermore please note that the error message is about a server error but not a client error.

Which IE version is installed?
Does it also happen when creating a new / clean SiteKiosk configuration (only set the password and the start page) and starting SiteKiosk in Run once mode?

Have you a google captcha on each search to test on the same situation ?

this is not a google problem, it is Sitekiosk (v8.9) that is wrong when a google search captcha is ask
