Support Request: Unable to break out of Sitekiosk

Description

I have started Site Kiosk after configuring my file in either Start Once or Auto Start. I am confused why when I choose the Custom Key combination (CTRL) (ALT) (F8) that I applied in the configuration file it doesn't allow me to break out of Site Kiosk. I have tried several other key combinations and nothing works. I have to manually turn off the machine every time and I need to stop doing that. .

It seems there is any other application or service running also using CTRL+ALT+F8 for any functionality. How did you close SiteKiosk after you put it in Autostart mode? If you choose the ESC key as the quit command, is the close dialog shown?

Once I get back to the Config file and change the key combination to on'y ESC everything works. Your suggessstion that something else might be using CTRL ALT F8 makes sense.

You could also try a simpler combination like 'Ctrl+e' or 'Ctrl+Alt+g' for example.
