Support Request: Website in SiteKiosk permanently displaying loading symbol

Hello Support,

We're having trouble with a website that is supposed to be displayed through SiteKiosk, it is permanently displaying the "loading" symbol in the middle of the page as if it was trying to (re)load the page. In fact the page is loaded just fine and is fully usable, so this is only a display issue, but still somewhat annoying.
The machine is running Windows 8 64bit (not 8.1) with Internet Explorer 10 64bit (all Windows updates installed). Opening the website outside of SiteKiosk in Internet Explorer works fine. Interestingly it also works fine in SiteKiosk when I'm using an admin Windows account, but obviously we'd like to use the restricted SiteKiosk account instead and I can't seem to get it working properly there.
Seeing how it works fine in the admin account, I assume this might be user rights related, but I haven't been able to find any setting that made any difference whatsoever. Think you can point me in the right direction?

Hello,

As it works in Run once mode this issue should not apply to the SiteKiosk configuration (it is the same in Auto Start mode) but to any user dependent Windows setting.

You should check the page in Internet Explorer while logged in as SiteKiosk user.

P.S. The Windows updates usually also include IE11. SIteKiosk dies use the 32 Bit IE Webbrowser Control.

Auf meinem Testsystem (Windows 7 x64 mit IE11) funktioniert der Aufruf der O2 Seite mit der aktuellen SiteKiosk Version 8.91 problemlos im Einmal und im Autostart Modus von SiteKiosk

Hallo Herr Olbrich,

vielen Dank für die Lösungsansätze. Windows hat mich nun endlich auf 8.1 aktualisieren lassen und nach Laden der Standardsettings für das eingeschränkte SiteKiosk Konto lädt die Seite nun bei mir auch im SiteKiosk ohne Probleme.
