Support Request: can not create campaign

Description

I open site remote in my browser click on digital signage and its black can not create campaign, I try in google chrome it just says install Silverlight ( done that ) but that's all chrome says

what am I doing wrong

ive tried ie11 and shows nothing even though it is all compatible

Hello,

Using IE11 (or actual Firefox) is no problem (provided you use our serer on https://www.siteremote.net – with your own SiteRemote Server installation it depends which SiteRemote Version is installed).

You may clear the browser cache and try again. What happens if using Firefox?

so cleared explorer cache tried chrome and now downloaded firefox and when i click on digital signage its a blank screen

P.S. Please don’t use Chrome for Digital Signage but only IE or Firefox.
