Support Request: Problem with registration

Description

Hello,
I have bought a few days ago a licence for Non-Profit. I have tried yesterday to register, which was done succesfully. But when i tried to open the sitekiosk in view, an error was given to me, that i can't use the licence due to the configuration for touch screen.
I am using the chrome fullscreen option and as i have checked there is no where option for touch screen, but actually i'm using the software on a touch screen. How can i fix that?

Hello,

SiteKiosk Non-Profit (or even Basic) also works on a touch screen (as the touch screen will be installed on Windows level) but the Non-Profit license of SiteKiosk does not cover to activate an onscreen keyboard in the SiteKiosk configuration (also called touch screen support).

The Non-Profit license provides all the functionality of SiteKiosk Basic and also adds an Internet Content Filter.
For activating and using the on-screen keyboard (SiteKiosk configuration-->On-Screen Keyboard) you would need to upgrade to a Plus license.

Otherwise just deactivate the On-Screen Keyboard feature in the SiteKiosk configuration.

Thanks for the quick response!! Probably i will just remove the on keyboard feature!!!
