Support Request: Exit Button

Description

As configured - when a link is a _new or _blank, i get the exit button and home button. When it is just a plain link, i get only the home button. Is there a way to force the exit button on all new pages?

Which one of the Start Page templates are you having this issue with?

You will want to ensure that you are not using any of the fullscreen skins or have full screen activated under Basic > Start Page & Browser.

You also should go into the customized options of the Skin you want to check the option "show logout button" under Customize > Browser toolbar

We are using the default skin with full screen activated for the home page. Maximize page is used for subsequent pages.

The pages show up perfectly. The only problem we have is that we want the EXIT button to show for all pages accessed from the home page by links. (in new windows) It seems that the EXIT button only shows up with a link that is a _new or _blank.

The logout button does not close the window like the EXIT button does. I am just looking for a button that will close the current browser window and be consistent on all pages. The EXIT button when present works perfectly - just can't get it to show all the time.
