Support Request: Missing Grid

Description

Hi,

I am using site kiosk and allowing users to access an Internal web application in HTML4. However, there is a grid on the web page that is not shown, when working in the Kiosk shell. This works normally in IE, on Windows 8.1. Are there any restrictions on content that I should be aware of?

Regards
Doug

Hello,

SiteKiosk is just using the Internet Explorer Webbrowser Control of the installed IE version (except when using the new Chrome Fullscreen Browser Skin).

As it works in IE you may first check that the option “Add SiteKiosk to user agent” at “-->Start Page & Browser-->Advanced” is not activated.
Then first test it in “Run once” mode.

If that doesn’t help please check if the web page needs a certain IE compatibility view mode (lower than IE11 mode) to display properly in Internet Explorer.
Therefore open the web page in IE and press the F12 Key to check the document mode.

If using another IE compatibility view mode is necessary please find here the description how to change it with SiteKiosk:

Alternatively (if you don’t need any browser skin, you can test it with using the Chrome Fullscreen Browser skin (-->Start Page & Browser).
