Support Request: Can't launch and executable file logged in as the restricted user

Description

When I try to launch an Microsoft Access application C:\Kiosk\billing.accdb the computer just sits there and does nothing. I checked the logs and nothing shows up in the logs either. I have given full permission to the application folder and billing.accdb filen to the resticted user created by the software. The operating system is WIndows 7 Pro. Everything worked fine until we tried to launch it as the restricted user. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

If there is a difference between Start Once and Autostart mode, it means there is a Windows user account specific issue causing the problem.

Here are instructions for logging in to the Window SiteKiosk user account to change the necessary settings. When logged in as that user, ensure your application works as expected.

I didn't see the instructions you are referring to. Did you for get to attach a file or provide a link?

Disregard, I found it at the following link. https://www.provisio.com/en-US/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=5826
It appears that I will be purchasing SiteKiosk as the system security will not let you customize the settings on an unregistered version. I sure hope it works.
