Support Request: SSL errors on web browser. Possible updates needed

Description

The kiosk users are now receiving a security error on trying to sign into our checkout page over ssl. The error is "Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?". I've tried installing the certificate but it will constantly post this. From what I can tell, one of the resolutions is to make sure IE has the latest updates, but auto updates are disabled:
Installed Windows Operating System
Computer Name KIOSK
Windows Version Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601)
Windows Path C:\Windows
System Path C:\Windows\system32
Serial Number 00371-OEM-8992671-00524
Update status Automatic Updates disabled.
Firewall status Windows Firewall is off

I cannot find the option within the configuration file to enable the updates, or at least to udpate IE.

Sorry, I think I entered the incorrect version. 5.1.0 was site remote version. Site kiosk version is:
SiteKiosk Version 8.7.1404.0
SiteKiosk Path C:\Program Files\SiteKiosk\SiteKiosk.exe
[license information deleted by administrator]

Does the same thing happen in Start Once and in Autostart mode? Updates to IE are done outside of SiteKiosk in Windows. Also make sure the system time in Windows is correct and that this is working properly outside of SiteKiosk in IE?
