Hello,

Can you please explain the licence renewal process to me? What will it take to update my existing licence once it expires?

Will I lose any of my SiteKiosk configuration when I update the licence?

please see the steps to backing up your settings and reinstalling SiteKiosk:

1. You will just copy the configuration file on a flash drive or save to your Desktop etc. This is the .skcfg file located at C:/programfiles/sitekiosk/config
2. The SiteKiosk configuration file has a .skcfg extension... If you cannot see the extension on your machine then you may follow the instructions in the below article to accomplish this:

Each SiteKiosk license comes with 12 months of support and free updates. However, after the 12 months have elapsed, you may purchase license updates to be used with the most currently supported version. You may purchase update license at www.provisio.com .

You will just need to specify the license to be updated and pay the update cost ($69.00 per copy).
