Support Request: Default folder location

Description

when users are required to add a scanned document to be uploaded to one of our websites (Stored in a specific folder location so it can be discarded after each session) I would like this folder to be the default when users need to select the document from the file store.

at present it is defaulting to the windows/system32 folder and the user needs to navigate away from this and find the specific folder where there doc is stored. this is a very messy user experience, can the default be changed?

this behaviour is due to standard Microsoft settings which cannot be changed by SiteKiosk. Please see this information from Microsoft for further details: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/258867

This didn't work, which would suggest its the software controlling the defaults! any ideas?

Hello,

SiteKiosk has no influence to that Windows dialog. You may upload a document once from the folder you want to use.
The next time you upload a document Windows should open that folder.
