Support Request: HTML Widget image

Description

I have configured a html widget icon, which when clicked allows the users to place a call.

I have tried to link this to an image within the html folder, but this isn't displaying the image (just a place holder) do you know the correct path to use within the html widget to display an image?

also once the widget has been clicked once, it is then un-clickable until the session refreshes, any ideas why this is?

But this is making use of your html widget? without knowing how to configure the image for the widget it renders the widget useless? can you not help with how to display images via the widget?

Hello,

Which of our html widget is used?
Will the image display in Internet Explorer on that system?
Is there a difference in “Run once” mode?
