Support Request: Kiosks Showing Offline

Description

Hi, I just would like to confirm if there are issues with Siteremote right now. We have a lot of kiosks showing that they are offline since this morning but upon checking them on site, they are all working fine and are all online.

There is currently no known issue at www.siteremote.net. Please check SiteRemote again to ensure you are still seeing this status on all machines. Is it possible that there was a reboot or other procedure scheduled at the time you checked? Did you receive any email alerts? What is the machine's status on its Overview page?

The irregularities seems to be gone now. Will just continue to monitor.
