Support Request: context menu not showing

Description

When clicking on the arrows next to the text input fields in our routeplanner (http://www.stib-mivb.be/reisweg-itineraire.html?l=en) the pop-up menu's are not displayed.

I have a screenshot if needed

Hello,

It works when taking SiteKiosk out of the user agent header (default since 8.91)
To do this, open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to “>Basic >Start Page & Browser >Advanced” and uncheck the box labeled “Add SiteKiosk to use agent header”.


Furthermore I noticed that you changed the IE compatibility view setting in your SiteKiosk configuration: 

<ie8-compatibility-view enabled="false" />


You should set it back to default: 

<ie8-compatibility-view enabled="true" />

Hello,

I unchecked “Add SiteKiosk to use agent header” and changed the compatibility view settings put the menu still doesn't work...

Please note that you need to start SiteKiosk a second time after changing the compatibility view setting

I rebooted the machine since I made the changes but still no luck.

I found this in the logfile:

Hello,

But did you do this twice?

I have checked it with your SiteKiosk configuration on Windows 7 with IE11 and SiteKiosk 8.91.3042.

There is also a script error from that page in the log but it worked.
