Support Request: Authorize Net credit card payments with address

Hi, we are changing our payment options for credit cards, asking customers to add a billing addres, zip code and email, but when they the actual dialog box only ask for name, credit card number and expiration date, so the transactions are being bouncing. How can we make this work?

Are you facilitating the credit card payments on your website or HTML page? Which Dialog box are you referring to?

Can you replicate the issue in the most currently supported version of SiteKiosk?

Please note that earlier versions of SiteKiosk are no longer supported.

Each SiteKiosk license comes with 12 months of support and free updates. However, after the 12 months have elapsed, you may purchase license updates to be used with the most currently supported version. You may purchase update license at www.provisio.com .

SiteKiosk can be downloaded from: http://www.sitekiosk.com/en-US/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=1

You will just need to specify the license to be updated and pay the update cost ($69.00 per copy). You may purchase update license at www.provisio.com

Our WS are a few old and there no plans on purchase new licenses as this ones were working fine up to date. Regardless, we need to add aditional information on each purchase as email, address and zip code for further verification with Authorize Net. But the dialog box only shows fields for credit card number, name, last name and expiration date. Actually we don't use credit card readers. So the question is how to configure the dialog box to add the information that is sent to authorize net in order to allow the apyments to be made.

assuming you are using your own website to charge customers, you could accomplish this by using the SiteKiosk Object Model:

Please see the Object Model pull mode help files below. Alternatively, if you already have a web app that can process payments, you can use a credit card reader and an Object Model script to auto populate your form fields.

The pull mode allows you to use the payment module for debiting one-time charges on a website with the help of a script. This functionality is provided by the SiteKiosk Object Model included with your installation of the software.

Please see the link below for an example and more information.

Not really familiar with this, but we are not using our website, just the sitekiosk dialog box inside the sitekiosk program. The dialog where you can add time or money and then your credit card information below. If we could just redirect to Authorize Net the payment it could be done inside their web site as we do with some other wifi products, but the WorkStations has no option to do this as far I see.
