Support Request: Access Credentials unavailable

Hello,

Last year our previous manager left our university. Upon investigation as we're looking to update our Sitekiosk installation on 6 workstations, the credentials that was provided does not appear to login. I need to customize our instance in order to unblock additional URLs. If there is any steps that can be taken for an admin override, or how to reinstall and rebuild the workstation image with Sitekiosk that would be wonderful. (I am not sure the exact version number as a result). Thank you!

In order to make changes, you will need both the SiteKiosk key combination and password as well as the Windows Admin user name and password. You can use the first eleven characters of your SiteKiosk license key in place of the SiteKiosk password. If you do not know the SiteKiosk key combination to show the password prompt, you can type "skcmd://quit" without the quotes in the URL bar to show the password dialog.
