Support Request: Title bar colour

hi,

As we are running windows 8, the title bars in sitkiosk are orange. The account underneath cannot access any settings to change this. Is it possible to change the colour of the title bars?

Is it also possible to remove the print button from the web interface? Clicking it tried to send a fax (assuming thats the default printer underneath)

Hello,

The colour of the title bars of new windows are configured on Windows.
Here the information how to access the Windows settings in SiteKiosk user account (used in Auto Start mode): https://www.provisio.com/en-US/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=5826

The print button can be removed within the browser skin settings “-->Start Page & Browser-->Customize-->Browser Toolbar”.
When using a start page template like “Portal Startpage” you will find that setting at “-->Start Page & Browser-->Customize-->Browser Skin-->Advanced-->Browser Toolbar”.

Alternatively you can prohibit printing completely in the SiteKiosk user account with using the System-Security-Manager.
“-->Customized-->Policies-->Prohibit printing”
