I was hoping you could provide me with instructions for switching my site kiosk default browser from IE to Chrome.

Currently we offer a Chrome full screen browser skin which you can use a your start page in the current version of SiteKiosk. We will release a new version of SiteKiosk next month which will have a more full feature Chrome browser with toolbar etc. You can download the current version of SiteKiosk here: http://www.provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=1 You will just open the configuration and go to Basic > Start Page & Browser > Choose your Browser design.... and select "Chrome Full Screen browser"
