Support Request: silverlight

Description

I have a new computer and I am trying to login to siteremote.net and under digital signage it keeps telling me to download microsoft silverlight which I have downloaded repeatedly and run. It still wont work, what do I need to do?

Hello,

Which browser are you using to access www.siteremote.net? Do you have the same behavior in multiple browsers e.g. Mozilla Firefox and Chrome?

It doesnt work in chrome but seems to work in internet explorer which I never use. Any thoughts in getting it to work in chrome or do I just need to use explorer for this?
