Support Request: Cannot get Adobe Connect to work

Description

Would like to use Adobe Connect within SiteKiosk. After you log into the site, you get a "Adobe Connect requires Flash Play 11.2 or above". Flash version 18 is installed and works fine outside of SiteKiosk and I also was able to use the test Adobe site (http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/) successfully within SiteKiosk. Any ideas?

What is your OS and IE version? Please also verify you are running SiteKiosk 8.91.3042. I tested Adobe Connect on Windows 7, IE11, Flash 18 and SiteKiosk 8.91.3042 and was able to login and schedule a meeting. Did you have to click an link or follow any steps in particular to replicate the issue?

We're using Windows 7 SP1, 64 bit with IE11. I'm actually running version 8.91.3509 of SiteKiosk. No, I can replicate it every time that I log in (even with different logons) to Abode Connect. Right after logging in I get the message about needing Adobe. I even tried a different site that uses Flash through SiteKiosk and that one worked fine.

When you run IE outside of SiteKiosk are you opening the 32-bit version of IE? I have tested this on couple of different systems with different SiteKiosk versions and have not been able to replicate the issue. Can you open other Flash sites on this machine? If you open this URL in SiteKiosk and use the Check now button, does it show that Flash is enabled? https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

IE11 defaults to 32 bit, so I'm assuming that's what is starting up. Is there a way to set that in the SiteKiosk configuration? Yes, I added www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and www.chemgapedia.de/vsengine/help/en/flash/ and the site you sent as allowable and those all three worked.

SiteKiosk will automatically use the 32-bit browser. Are you able to replicate this on other machines as well? I have tested this on a few machines in our lab and cannot replicate the issue. You might also try uninstalling and reinstalling Flash.
