Support Request: Siteremote reports not working correctly

Hello,

I am encountering an issue with Sitekiosk/Siteremote when creating reports. I believe I know why, but not how to fix it.

We have our Sitekiosk machines set to refresh every 15 minutes via the screensaver tool built into Sitekiosk, however on some machines there is not an active screen saver. Is this 15 minute refresh causing the machines to think that a new session is being started?

Is there a way to fix this so that data on the Siteremote report only shows sessions started by users?

Hello,

The sessions will be counted with specific log entries. Please see here:

As SiteKiosk Android doesn’t contain any payment option it is just about SiteKiosk start / end and screen saver deactivation / screen saver activation.

Can you provide the log of a machine you encounter this problem?
