Support Request: Safe Mode Log-in

Description

I need to switch my device from a static IP to DHCP. I am unable to exit SiteKiosk 7 by any means. I have searched all the FAQs and none of the keyboard combinations work. I can briefly bring up a log-in window in Safe-Mode, but my general password does not work here. What are my options?

If the machine is connected to SiteRemote Server, you can close SiteKiosk from there.

If the master password is not working to get into Safe Mode, there must be a different license in use on this machine.

Aside from using SiteRemote or the master password to access Safe Mode there is no other work around to gain access in the event the key combination and password for SiteKiosk are lost. Windows will need to be reinstalled.
