Support Request: Licensing

Hi guys,

Having received an expiration email from you, I renewed my annual subscription and I don't understand why have I lost a whole week worth of subscription on the previous license, which is valid until 2/10/2015? I expect the new license to kick in on 2/10/2015 and end on 02/10/2016.

(Note: Submissions will be entered in the public support forum. Do not post any personal data such as passwords or software license information.)

The license / annual plan will be activated at the date you activate the license in your SiteRemote Account (which he did yesterday)... Hence , then end date for the newly purchased license will expire on 9/24/2016
