Support Request: Accessing This URL is Prohibited
I created a new HTML page with additional image links to new sites that just so happen to be mp4 videos but I'm getting the URL is Prohibited. I added the sites to the surf area and rebooted but there is something I'm missing. I checked the logs and the access to the site was cancelled. I closed the Kiosk software and launched the HTML manually and the videos open and play just fine. Any help would be appreciated!
