Support Request: Print web-page

Description

Website generating picture with QR-code. When we are try print this page - nothing happens. In Internet Explorer this page print correctly. Which settings we must edit to solve the problem.

Hello,

Generally SiteKiosk just uses the default printer configured on Windows.

You may fist check it in “Run once” mode for testing.

If that works you may have configured the printer after you installed SiteKiosk so that the SiteKiosk user (used in Auto Start mode) doesn’t know this printer.
In that case use the System-Security-Manager (installed with SiteKiosk) and set it to “Unprotected” and back to “Protected” again to apply the actual printer settings of the admin account to the SiteKiosk user account.

If using network printers and SiteKiosk printer monitoring at the same time, you must complete some additional steps when setting up your printers.

When we are try print, SiteKiosk open the window (screenshot https://yadi.sk/i/BFjyFFSdjhzpy) and nothing happens. After some time open the window (screenshot https://yadi.sk/i/Vk8dbg3rjhzqC) and thats all. Could you help me?
