Hi!
We are customer # 1685149.
Recently we made a purchase on invoice 9930
In past I've used a credit card, but it was reportedly invalid but we had the option to be invoiced.
All good, but our Accounts Payable people need a copy of your corporate W9 form before they can issue a cheque.
May I request a copy of your W9 sent directly to me which I will submit with your invoice for payment
