Support Request: SiteRemote / Digital Signage

Description

Hi,

I have registered me for a 30 days trial on SiteRemote and I would like to test the Digital Signage part but when I go on the Digital Signage section, I receive a 401 error (please see attached file).

Can you help me?

Hello,

Unfortunately this is not reproducible. I connected to your team and can open the Digital Signage Tab without any issue (using Internet Explorer 11).

Did you install Silverlight and the SiteCaster Web Setup on you computer?

You may also clear the browser cache and test again.

Generally you web page is supported with Internet Explorer (9 or higher) and Firefox.

It's working now. Maybe it takes some times for Digital signage to work?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear it works now.

Generally you may need to restart the browser after installing the components (Silverlight and SiteCaster Web Setup).
