Support Request: Windows folder permission issue

Description

Hello, we are using SiteKiosk for our self-service kiosks (latest version, Win7) and we facing strange issue with an access to folders in Windows. Our application should write data to some folders and we provide access to these folders under SiteKiosk restricted account. Application works fine most of the time but then suddenly reports an error that data can't be written. Our support guys check folder permission and they are set to default (no access), so permission should be added manually again.
We need some information for investigation and finding a solution for this:
1) Does SiteKiosk log changes of the folder permission? We want to understand why and how it happens but currently have no idea how to track this change
2) Is it possible to change folder permissions via SiteKiosk API or in some other way without manual intervention? The idea is to overwrite access rights once a day/each hour to prevent this issue
3) Is there some folder under restricted account that always have write permissions? We can move our temp files to any folder if there is 100% guarantee that there will be no issues with access rights

Thanks!

Hello,

1) No. Note that SiteKiosk only changes user rights through the manually started System Security Manager.
2) Yes. You could also use the Patcher.xml file of SiteKiosk, see 2. here: http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?maintenance.htm
3) Yes. By default to C:\Users\Public.
