How can I enable PDF documets when using Internet Explorer browser-engine?

I wish to open a PDF document for view only....

Hello, It seems the web page provides this PDF as download only and you need to allow downloads. With IE based skins you can allow downloads at “-->Files & Downloads” in the SiteKiosk configuration.
