Support Request: Microsoft Surface keyboard - blocks by sitekiosk ?

Description

Hi, we do have som issue when using sitekiosk and surface
we cant get the Microsoft Surface Keyboard to work.
It works grate when sitekiosk is not in use, or when i'm in configuration mode.

But when i starte the sitekiosk no keybord pops up.

Is there a new setting that prevent from using the keybord on the surface?

Hi,

you need SiteKiosk Plus version to use an onscreen keyboard. The original keyboard is not supported for security reason.

For almost 2 years, we have used Microsoft's tablet keyboard! So something must have changed lately?

Did you install a new version of SiteKiosk or what changes have been done to the system?
