Support Request: auto Start problems

Description

Launching auto start mode,
I've a SiteKiosk alert for several minutes
"Please wait until Windows is finished with starting all necessary service"

but all seems works fine.

Restarting the machine again, the user is launching successful but the restart will take about 10 minutes.
How can reduce this time?

The wait times can vary between computers. The best bet is to make sure you have all available windows updates installed and if you have any programs like deepfreeze or antivirus installed, its best to make exceptions for sitekiosk.
