Support Request: Print by popup Watchdoc cannot be used with shell replacement

Description

We installed sitekiosk on Windows 10. Everything works perfectly without the Shell replacement.
Tests performed in Run once mode ok, sitekiosk is ok under administrator or sitekiosk the doxense print pop-pup for watchdoc works and displays with the small window to enter the password, we manage to unblock the printing,everything is ok.
However, we have a concern when we apply autostart mode with Shell replacement, everything works but doxense popup no longer appears, when printing nothing happens.
It is as if the task is not sent to the watchdoc server which handles the print jobs. Can you help us?
to resume, everything works without the shell in test mode, it is once passed in production mode auto start that we can no longer print with watchdoc

We have identified these two processes that do not start when sitekiosk is launched in auto start with shell replacement: Watchdog.exe (Sitekiosk Software Watchdog (32bits), splwow64.exe (Print driver host for applications) ). We think that’s why we still can’t print. how to automatically restart these processes please

Hello,

the watchdog.exe is part of SiteKiosk and start automatically when SiteKiosk starts.

The splwow64.exe is part of the Windows system but not explicitly blocked by SiteKiosk.

As first step you may login to the SiteKiosk user account and check that you generally can print without SiteKiosk and that the printer you want to use is the default printer on Windows.

When done you can check in Auto start again.
