Support Request: Kiosk slowing down


Hi Support,

Since a week, we are experiencing issues with multiple kiosks.
The kiosks are very slow between 2pm and 3pm each day.

Can this be related to Sitekiosk ? Maybe checking for updates or something like that ?

SiteKiosk does not include an option for automatic software updates.
If the content filter is activated (and only then) the software checks once a day for a database update, but this does only take a few seconds and there have been no updates in the past weeks.

Allthough it is highly unlikely that this slowing down is related to SiteKiosk you can check the SiteKiosk logs in the ..\SiteKiosk\logfiles folder for recurring activities.

Please also note that SiteKiosk 9.7 is out of support.
