I checked the log, it said the kiosk shutdown at 1800, and it wont automatically startup, sometime it can.

Thank you for your inquiry. The entry “[SiteKiosk] Notification: Maximum uptime reached and no cash session running. Restarting...” applies to the “Automatic Process Restart” setting:

It only restarts the SiteKiosk Browser process (not the complete machine) when the screensaver remains active after a period of time.

Please send:

A more detailed description of the issue.
Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files)
