FAQ: Windows Client Requirements for File Sync when using TLS 1.2
If you have configured your own SiteRemote Server to only use TLS 1.2 and you want to use the file synchronization feature you need to make sure that your SiteKiosk Windows clients meets certain requirements.
As far as SiteKiosk is concerned you need to use at least SiteKiosk Windows 9.8.
You also need to follow these instructions provided by Microsoft to fully enable the TLS 1.2 capabilities on the client side:
