We have purchased additional licenses, I have then exported the key from our server and sent it to sales america(at)provisio.com and received nothing back to import on to the server. This is for Snohomish County. thanks, let me know what to do.

Thank you for your inquiry. We did send a reply on 3/25. I also resent the email in question just now. Please call us for an alternative in case of a security block on emails.

Andre, can you or someone there send me an email? I'm working with my networking folks to figure out where the emails are getting blocked. Once an email has been sent, just reply to this. thanks.
