Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Your website sits behind a login page. However, if you want your PDF files to be handled locally, you can find this article: https://devblog.provisio.com/post/2021/02/25/How-to-Force-PDF-Downloads-in-SiteKiosk-Windows-Chrome-Browser.aspx

Basically, it would force all PDF files to be downloaded. At that point, SiteKiosk will follow the settings in File Actions (open your application of choice). In Configuration>>Logout, you can then select “Delete downloaded files”. You do not have to add any additional folders below that. Then, in Configuration>>Applications, you would need to add the path to your PDF application again, so that SiteKiosk will close any open windows for this application when Logout is performed, or screensaver activates.

Still getting the site kiosk block message when trying to click on download button at this point.

To understand the error message you are revieing, please send the following to "support-america(at)sitekiosk.com":

- Configuration - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config (*.skcfg files, ignore *.skcfg.local)
- SiteKiosk Log files - C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles (yyyy-mm-dd.txt files)
