But it is not allowing us to register.

Thank you for your inquiry. Generally, you will need to ensure SiteKiosk Configuration is launched with admin rights. Then, you need to enter the entire license and license code provided. You can reverify entry to avoid typo errors. Not all cases, but some users get by with using double quotes for both, "[lic. name]", "[lic. code]", etc.
