Support Request: Sitekiosk with Chromium Browser-Engine, severe printing slowness

We have the latest version of Sitekiosk running on windows 10,
connected under the sitekiosk user account we generally can print without SiteKiosk and the printer used is the default printer on Windows, so we print correctly under the Chrome browser.
But we have a serious problem when printing pdf or images when sitekiosk is running with Chrome browser-Engine.
When start printing a pdf document after Sitekiosk started, it takes a long time and we have this message “Preparing the document for printing”
then after clicking on print in the Print Dialog, It also takes a lot of time to load pages. Therefore we can no longer print correctly in SiteKiosk with the chrome browser. Please help us.

Hello,

for technical reasons the PDF is converted before it is printed and this may take some time depending on the performance of the computer.

You may want to disable printer monitoring, if enabled, to speed up the process a bit. Otherwise there is no further setting for this.
